Description:

  • Cover front desk and phones at Facilities Management Administration Office.
  • Assist Directors, Administrative Assistant, and Assistant Vice President with special projects often done using Google Platform, Microsoft Office Suite applications and Adobe Photoshop.
  • Handle abandoned bike inventory.
  • Run campus errands.
  • Order supplies and manage supply inventory.
  • Manage central office files and filing.
  • Take campus calls and submit work orders in the work order system.
  • Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

  • Must have excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Must have strong computer skills (Word, Photoshop, Google and Excel, preferred).
  • Must be responsible, reliable and punctual.
  • Must possess excellent customer service skills.
  • Should have the ability to help people solve problems over the phone.
  • Must be able to work during semester breaks and over the summer.
  • Other duties as assigned by supervisor.
  • Preference given to those enrolled in at least 12 credit hours during fall and spring semesters.
